I give local rates in New York City, Boston, Connecticut, and South Florida. For non-local projects, I charge for travel and expenses in addition to my day rate. My camera package includes one FX9, one A7IV/A7sIII, 35mm Prime, 50mm Prime, 85mm Prime, and a Sony 24-70 2.8 Zoom.
For lighting, I have a handy light meter, and an Aputure 3-light kit for interviews, including a 650d.
Additionally, I have 5x 10.75′ C-Stands, an 8×8 Butterfly Scrim, and plenty of other diffusion & shaping materials.
For audio, if needed, I use a Rode NTG4+ with a boom, Lavs, and Zoom H5n for recording.
